  10. The time4it.pl website operates on the principles set out in these Regulations.
  11. The Regulations define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the time4it.pl Website, the principles of providing these services, the conditions for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of services electronically, as well as the complaint procedure.

  13. Each Service Recipient is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations upon taking action to use the Electronic Services of the time4it.pl Website.

    2. Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827),
    3. Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
  15. DEFINITIONS
    1. CONTACT FORM – a form available on the time4it.pl Website enabling the Service Recipient to contact the Service Provider directly.
    2. REGULATIONS – these regulations of the Website.

    4. SERVICE RECIPIENT – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity using the Electronic Service.
    5. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Site.

The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services via the Website, such as:

    1. TERMS OF PROVIDING AND CONCLUDING AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
      1. Provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III, item 1 of the Regulations by the Service Provider is free of charge.
      2. Period for which the agreement is concluded:
        1. the agreement for the provision of the Electronic Service consisting in enabling the sending of messages via the Contact Form is concluded for a fixed period and is terminated when the message is sent or when the Service Recipient ceases to send it.
      3. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the IT system, which Service Provider uses:
        1. computer with Internet access,
        2. access to e-mail,
        3. internet browser,
        4. enabling Cookies and Javascript in the internet browser.
      4. The Service Recipient is obliged to use the Site in a manner consistent with the law and good customs, taking into account the respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
      5. The Service Recipient is obliged to enter data consistent with the actual state of affairs.
      6. The Service Recipient is prohibited from providing content of an illegal nature.
    2. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
      1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
        1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the Site may be submitted by the Service Recipient via e-mail to the following address: biuro@time4it.pl
        2. In the above e-mail message, provide as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.
        3. The Service Provider will consider the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days.
        4. The Service Provider’s response to the complaint is sent to the Service Recipient’s e-mail address provided in the complaint or in another manner provided by the Service Recipient.
    3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
