Privacy Policy
Introduction
This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) contains information regarding the processing of your personal data by the administrator (defined below), as well as the use of cookies.
Processing of personal data
In connection with the application from 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) (OJ EU L of 4 May 2016) based on art. 13 of the GDPR, below we present you with information on the processing of your personal data by us.
I – Administrator:
The administrator of your data is Time4IT Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Nowa Wola, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, using the Tax Identification Number (NIP) 1231569806, and the e-mail address biuro@time4it.pl (hereinafter referred to as “ADO”).
II – Purposes and basis of processing your data:
We process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), which includes:
• Website Management,
• Ensuring the security of the Site and other users,
• Conducting statistical analyses,
• Fulfilling legal obligations arising from the GDPR in the scope of exercising your rights and in connection with this archiving your requests addressed to us or informing you about threats to your privacy.
III – Data recipients:
Your data may be transferred to public or private entities, if such an obligation results from generally applicable provisions of law, and to a company providing hosting services.
IV – Data storage period:
We will process your data for the following period:
• Analyzing your activity on the Site – until it ceases to be useful to us.
• Managing the Site – until the data ceases to be useful to us.
• Ensuring the security of the Site and users – until the data ceases to be useful to us.
• Conducting statistical analyses – for a period of 30 days from the date of their collection.
• Fulfilling legal obligations arising from the GDPR in the scope of exercising your rights and, in connection with this, archiving your requests addressed to us or informing you about threats to your privacy – until the expiry of the limitation periods.
V – Transfer of data to a third country:
Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
VI – Your rights:
We kindly inform you that you have the right to:
• Access to your data and copies of data,
• Correction (rectification) of your data,
• Deletion of data – if you believe that we do not have the right to process them, you can request their deletion,
• Restriction of data processing – you can request the restriction of the processing of personal data for storage, if you believe that your data is incorrect or its processing is illegal, you do not want us to delete it because you need it to pursue, establish or defend claims, or for the time of determining the validity of the objection,
• Filing an objection.
You may object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes if such processing is based on the legitimate interest of the administrator, and we will cease such processing.
You may also object to the processing of your data for other purposes if the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator. The request should include a justification for the objection by specifying what constitutes the special situation on the basis of which you are filing the objection. The objection will not be upheld if we demonstrate that our legitimate interest overrides your claim or that we need your data to establish, pursue or defend claims against you.
• Right to data portability – Applies to data processed in an automated manner that you have provided to us on the basis of consent or a contract. You can receive them in a structured format, e.g. XML, or we can send them directly to the designated data administrator.
• Right to file a complaint – From May 25, 2018, if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you will be able to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another supervisory authority.
• If your data is processed by us based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which will result in us ceasing to process this data, unless there is another legal basis giving us such a possibility. Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing before its withdrawal.
VII – Information on the requirement/voluntary nature of providing data
If required by law, we may require you to provide us with your data.
All other cases of providing personal data are voluntary.
